A short guide to ordering Home Depot branded merchandise on this store.
1. Creating an account and signing in
This store is private. You need an account to see the products. Anyone can create one: go to the My Account page, register with your email address and a password, then click the confirmation link we email you. Your username is your email address.
2. Finding what you need
Everything is on the home page. Use the category buttons (Apparel, Hats, Accessories) to narrow the list, the sort dropdown to order by price or name, or the search icon in the header to look for something specific.
3. Ordering apparel by size
The polos and the t-shirt open with an ordering table. Each row is one size, with its item ID and price. Enter the quantity you want beside each size, then select Add to cart. You can order several sizes at once from that single table.
Not sure which size to order? Check the Size Charts page or the Size Chart tab on the product itself.
4. Everything else
Items without sizes have a single Add to cart button.
5. Your cart
The cart slides out from the right the first time you add something. After that, items are added quietly and the counter beside the cart icon goes up. Select the cart icon at any time to review it. You can change quantities with the arrows on the quantity box or by typing a number directly, and remove a line with the × beside it.
6. Checking out
Select Checkout from the cart. Fill in the shipping address where the order should be delivered. Billing goes to Home Depot head office automatically, so there is nothing to pay online. Applicable taxes are calculated from the province you are shipping to.
7. After you order
You receive a confirmation email with your order number (for example HD-1042). TNT receives the order at the same time and begins production. Keep the order number handy for any questions.
